At Dermalyn Labs, we stand behind the quality, integrity, and performance of our products. Due to the nature of our formulations and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and processed. This includes:
- Opened or unopened products
- Used or unused ampoules
- Individual ampoules or complete kits
Because our products are bioactive, preservative-free, and require proper handling and refrigeration after opening, we cannot safely restock or resell any returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Approved cases will receive:
- A replacement product or
- Store credit at our discretion
Order Changes & Cancellations

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled
