Once your order has been processed and shipped:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Dermalyn Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.


Delays

While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occur due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dermalyn Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review and provide a replacement if approved.
